Information
Terms & disclosures
Effective October 5, 2026. Please review these terms before using the site or requesting introductions.
Matching and education
The site provides general educational information and introductions to real estate professionals. Submitting a buyer brief or broker application does not create a brokerage, fiduciary, attorney-client, employment, partnership, financial-advisory, or other professional relationship.
Broker applications
Broker applications are reviewed individually. Applying or agreeing to the published standards does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, lead volume, compensation, or any particular introduction. Professional and license information may be verified, and participation may be declined or discontinued when it is not a fit for buyer needs or the published standards.
No obligation and no guarantee
You are not required to hire an introduced professional. The service does not guarantee a match, property availability, seller acceptance, financing, due-diligence outcome, savings, or closing.
Compensation
Real estate broker compensation is not set by law and is negotiable. Seller- or sponsor-paid buyer-agent compensation varies by property and may not satisfy the amount in a buyer representation agreement. Review all agency and compensation documents before touring or making an offer.
Agency and professional advice
Agency relationships are established only through applicable disclosure and representation documents. Real estate agents do not replace attorneys, inspectors, engineers, accountants, lenders, insurance professionals, or tax advisers.
Third-party names
Developer, building, and company names are used for identification and editorial discussion. Unless expressly stated, this site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those parties.
Accuracy
Market conditions, inventory, pricing, incentives, compensation offers, building details, and laws can change. Verify all information with the appropriate property representative and licensed professionals.
