Information
Privacy notice
Effective October 5, 2026. This notice explains the information associated with a request for buyer-agent introductions.
Information collected
The buyer brief asks for contact information, budget range, property interests, timing, and details voluntarily supplied about a potential purchase. Broker applications ask for professional contact information, brokerage and license details, market experience, and written responses about diligence and client service. Basic technical and attribution data may also be collected.
How information is used
Buyer information is used to evaluate the request, select up to three real estate professionals, arrange introductions, respond to inquiries, maintain records, prevent misuse, and improve the service. Broker-application information is used to evaluate professional fit, verify submitted details, communicate about participation, and make property-specific introductions.
Who receives it
Buyer-brief information is intended to be shared only with the service operator, necessary service providers, and up to three selected real estate professionals. It is not intended for public posting or broad distribution.
Your choices
You may decline an introduction, choose not to hire any professional, and request correction or deletion of your information subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable obligations.
